No matter how long you decide to stay at the retreat you can be assured that each day will be filled with fun, fitness and focus.

The OnTrack program is designed to help not only your body but also your mind. We want you to be successful on your health and fitness journey and every session is designed to help you succeed for the long term. Whatever your weight or level of fitness our team is with you every step of the way.

Each day is a little different but typically you could be doing a circuit class in the morning, discussing emotional eating before enjoying a healthy, tasty lunch and then making your way to the pool for a great afternoon aqua class.

We want you to enjoy yourself so our mid week treat is hitting the onsite bowling alley for some extra fun – optional of course.

A typical day looks like…

Here is an example timetable of a typical day at the weight loss retreat. Each resort and day runs slightly differently, so exact schedules and activities may change.

6:30 am Morning Walk Pre breakfast morning walk or open gym (get those muscles warmed up and ready for the day ahead)
7:00 am Healthy Breakfast Enjoy a healthy breakfast that will leave you fuelled up and ready for the day ahead
8:30am Morning Fitness Session

A fun morning training session with our expert trainers in our indoor training area, the gym or in the stunning surroundings of our retreats.

Training may include cardio circuits, kickboxing circuits, boxing circuits, walks, gym training, and many other sessions designed to maximize your results.

Workshop

(example Emotional Eating & You)

During the week you will take part in a seminar helping you to succeed with your weight loss for the long term. In these sessions we cover topics such as emotional eating, nutrition, motivation, goal setting and many other valuable subjects. These sessions are key part of our clients’ success. If you prefer not to take part, you can use the gym instead.
12:30pm Healthy Lunch Enjoy a healthy lunch leaving you satisfied and ready for the afternoon ahead
2pm Afternoon Fitness Session

Each afternoon you will take part in a full program of exercise. The activities vary each day but can include:

Pool Sessions

An enjoyable session in our heated pool where you’ll exercise, stretch and have some fun. If you are uncomfortable with the pool we are happy for you to use the gym instead.

Walks

You will enjoy some wonderful walks (or runs if you are up to them) in the beautiful surroundings around our retreats.

Exercise Sessions

We also make the most of our first class facilities with exercise sessions in our studio areas, gym, outdoors or our range of sports courts. Our trainers keep every session fun and interesting – and you will enjoy every session.

4pm YOU” Time Your day will generally finish each day by 4pm. Finishing times vary each day and may finish earlier or later than stated on certain days to assist with rest and recovery. Feel free to use the resort facilities during your rest time. Swim or relax at the pool, rest in your room or take in a spa treatment at the spa.
6pm Dinner Time MMMM it’s Dinner time Finish the day off with a delicious dinner
7pm Relax After dinner guests are free to relax. Some guests choose to make use of the resort facilities with other guests whilst others return to their rooms to prepare for the next day.
